Evening yoga

If you prefer exercising in the evening, I can offer yoga for intermediate which consists of traditional hatha yoga positions. During our yoga class, lasting approximatelly 60 minutes, we will practice controlled breathing (pranajama), stretch the whole body and calm our minds in order to get a good sleep. For this class, we will need a mattress.

We will exercise two times a week, on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7 pm.

Price: 30 euro / month (or 4 euro / class)
