Morning exercise in the rhytm of Luna

During our 15-minute morning exercise:

  • we will practice a deep breathing which increases the capacity of our lungs and oxygenates organisms
  • we will stretch the whole body with emphasis on the spine and body parts influenced by the zodiac that the Moon is going through at that moment
  • our exercises will not be too demanding and suitable also for older persons or persons with health restrictions
  • there is no need to have a yoga matt or matress, because the exercises will be done in a standing position or by sitting on a chair.
  • you also don’t need any special „outfits“, because no one can see you if you wish to leave your camera off and you can even keep your pajamas on
  • it will take maximum 15 minutes, so that’s not much of your time.

We will exercise three times a week, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 am.
