„Kurz varenia podľa ajurvédy bol veľmi príjemný, odborný, v rodinnom prostredí, čo bolo sympatické. Lektorka je zanietená vyznávačka indickej kuchyne, čo sa náležite prejaví v jej varení. Kurz robí s láskou a odovzdá množstvo zaujímavých informácií. Považujem sa za ostrieľanú kuchárku, ale aj napriek tomu som sa všeličo naučila. Rozhodne odporúčam. 👍🏻“

„Ayrvedic stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. I liked all ayurvedic treatments very much but the most I liked the banking and the procedure with hot sand. I have been suffering from a neck-spine pain for a long time but after few treatments I felt an unbelievable improvement and I did not feel any pain nor I did not wake up due to pain in the morning. Lectures about ayurveda and new recipes were very interesting for me. I recommend this stay to everyone who wants to improve both physical and mental health 🙂“

„Ajurvédsky pobyt bol pre mňa veľmi príjemný, relaxačný a obohacujúci. Veľmi sa mi páčili všetky procedúry, predovšetkým bankovanie a prikladanie teplého piesku. Dlhodobo bojujem s bolesťou krčnej chrbtice a po pár procedúrach, ktoré som na pobyte absolvovala som pocítila neuveriteľné zlepšenie a úľavu, necítila som bolesť a ani som sa ráno na bolesť nebudila. Takisto boli pre mňa zaujímavé prednášky aj nové recepty. Odporúčam každému, kto chce pookriať na tele a aj na duši 😊“

Morning exercise

„Janka is my daughter, my feedback should be non-subjective, but this is not the case. For 6 years now, I am an oncology patient and Janka is helping me from the beginning, with food and diet tips, various oils that she makes for massages, often by Indian recipes… But what helped me the most is practicing morning yoga. At the beginning I was not doing very well in the exercising, but little by little I feel that I am more physically flexible, I get much less fatigue and I can keep a good balance. The exercises seem easy, but they are doing their job. I am very thankful Janka and for all of this.“
